To access certain services or products, you must have a valid TIS Essentials account, provide accurate information, and maintain a valid payment method if applicable.

b. Software Usage:

TIS Software may only be used as permitted. Third-party open-source software within TIS Software is governed by its respective licenses.

c. Voice or App-Linked Features:

By using smart features, you consent to the collection and processing of inputs (e.g., commands, preferences) to personalize and improve services.

3. Connectivity and Availability

Some features may require internet access, for which you are responsible for any data charges. Our services may vary by location and may not be available at all times.

c. Limitation of Liability:

TIS Essentials shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹5,000.

All services and products are provided “as is” without warranty, unless otherwise specified by applicable law or stated in our product warranty (if provided).
