General Return Guidelines

Most items are eligible for return within a specific window, except those marked as non-returnable. Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • The return request is made within the specified return window.
  • The product is returned in its original condition, with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Note: Please remove personal data from returned electronic items. TIS Essentials is not responsible for any misuse of data left on devices.

Custom Products Non-returnable, except in case of wrong or damaged customization. 5 days
Non-returnable Items Innerwear, beauty, hygiene, wellness, and perishable items.

Product Specific Policies

Electronics & Appliances: If your product (e.g., TV, Laptop, AC) is defective, we may arrange a technician visit for evaluation. The resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) will be based on the technician's report.

Digital Products: One-time purchases are non-returnable. Subscriptions may be refundable within 3 days in case of accidental purchase.

Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Go to your order history or contact our customer support.
  • Verification: We may request images/videos or perform a pickup inspection.
  • Pickup: Ensure original packaging is intact for a successful pickup.
  • Refund/Replacement: Refunds are credited to the original payment mode. Replacements are processed if the identical product is in stock.

International Orders

Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for return but may qualify for refunds in special cases. Please contact support within 5 business days of delivery.

Abuse of Return Policy

TIS Essentials reserves the right to suspend or block accounts showing patterns of excessive returns, cancellations, or refusal to accept orders.
